Managing Your Subscription

Solido makes it easy to manage every aspect of your subscription from within the app. Whether you need to change plans, update your payment method, review past invoices, or cancel your account, everything is accessible from the Settings menu.

Free Trial Details

Every Solido plan begins with a 30-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all the features included in your selected plan. Payment details are required upfront when you sign up, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. If you decide Solido is not the right fit, you can cancel before the trial expires and you will not be billed.

How Billing Works

Solido bills monthly in advance. Your first charge occurs at the end of your 30-day trial, and subsequent charges are processed on the same date each month. Each billing cycle covers the upcoming month of service plus any overage charges from the previous month. If you exceed your plan's included email limit, the additional emails are billed at your plan's overage rate on the next invoice.

If you cancel your subscription, you retain full access to Solido until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Changing Plans

To change your plan, navigate to Settings → Billing, select the plan you want to switch to, and click Switch Plans. How the change is applied depends on whether you are upgrading or downgrading:

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You gain access to the higher plan's features and email limits right away. The price difference for the remaining days in your current billing period is pro-rated and charged to your payment method.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing period. You continue to have access to your current plan's features until then. This ensures you get the full value of the plan you have already paid for.

Viewing Billing History

Your complete billing history is available in Settings → Billing. This section shows every invoice Solido has generated for your account, including the date, amount, plan, and payment status. You can download individual invoices for your records or for expense reporting.

Updating Payment Details

To update your credit card or payment method, go to Settings → Billing and click on the payment method section. You can replace your existing card with a new one at any time. The updated payment method will be used for all future charges. It is a good idea to update your payment details before your card expires to avoid any interruption in service.

Cancelling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel, navigate to Settings → Subscription and click Cancel. You will be asked to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your subscription will be set to expire at the end of the current billing period. Here is what happens after cancellation:

  • You retain full access to Solido until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further reminder emails will be scheduled after your subscription expires.
  • Your data is preserved in case you decide to resubscribe in the future.
  • You can resubscribe at any time by selecting a new plan in Settings → Billing.

If you resubscribe, your existing data, contacts, invoice history, and workspace settings will still be available. You will not need to set up your workspace again from scratch.
